Good crew to walk you through the whole process
VU team Tiffani and Megan were great as well. I like the group text feature so the loan team could see everything all parties were doing. I didn’t have to repeat myself or keep up who’s doing what. The team managed everything. I like the VU portal as well. I can see at anytime my progress. As a travel basketball parent I liked ability to esign feature. I was on travel and while waiting on games I could review and sign documents. Instead of the pressure to find a printer. This was award winning team and process.
Ross and Drew was available for questions and their responses was prompt.
Mr. Tim Alvis is/has doing a outstanding job in getting my home. Right from the begaining I worked wit Mrs Jackson because I was moving to Florida than change my mind and Tim and his team took over. Mr. Alvis and his team keeped me informed all through out the prosses. It went smoothy. The team took care of me and really made me feel that I am part of the Veterns United family. Thank you and your team for working hard and it shows that you care about me not just the money.
