All of the team was friendly but very professional. They updated me on a regular basis. All of the information that they requested from me was asked for early in the process allowing for smooth processing of the loan. I was notified of the few delays caused by the seller immediately with all needed information (the problem, solution and expected date of completion). They provided me with points of contact for all utilities and extra services that were needed to allow for a smooth transition into the new home. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a home in the area.

Nick Holman, loan officer, Nick Rosch, concierge, Amanda Wandel, loan coordinator, and Dylan Brondel, insurance representative were very courteous & understanding. Through no fault of Veterans United, there were some issues with the property appraiser & the timeliness and performance of her duties. Nick Holman went out of his way, in my opinion, to help put a rush on what was in his power to do.
