Seen mixed feelings about VU, and wasn’t sure about it at 1st, but the team was great, the process was easy & all done on my iPhone, when I needed help, all my concerns were addressed by Dean in no time! Overall the picture to closing was amply laid out by the team at Veterans United. At times I felt I could be doing more but my team had it already completed.
This was our first experience with buying a home. It started with Tandy helping us get ready to be approved, then Mike, Nathan and Erin all worked diligently to ensure the rest of the process was smooth. It made for a great experience all around.
