It was an exceptional experience. We appreciated being walked through step by step the entire process and feeling like we were the only person they had to work with even though we knew they had many. I would really think twice about choosing veterans united. They seem great at first but once you are committed they didn't explain the paperwork - just You have to sign before we can proceed. - when I turned down their homeowners insurance information was withheld delaying obtaining my own insurance with USAA. Now I am stuck with 3.25% interest rate when it should have been 1.9%. I feel like I have been ripped off by a company that pretends to support veterans when they appear to prey on them.
