The entire team at Veterans United was great! I had a chance to experience that good service firsthand -- the team stayed in touch through the short (just 2 weeks from offer to close!) process and was attentive enough that I felt like I was their only client, even though they surely had many more. I had a unique loan situation, and the team worked through everything quickly and professionally. The online portal was also easy to use from pre-qualification all the way to post-closing.
