I have to give a shout out to Jeffrey my closing coordinator this man poor thing dealt with me almost every day during the closing process. When I had a meltdown about some thing I misunderstood he was able to talk to me through it and ensure that I had all of the correct information. He also made sure that everything was in place prior to sending it to final closing and it went smooth. Jeffrey was always very professional and kind and listened to my many, many concerns.

The process from credit counseling to my pre-approval, to getting the home under contract to closing was amazing! The team from Scott to Greg to Britney and Anthony, there were amazing. They helped me through the entire process smoothly. If I had any questions, they helped answer them quickly. The team was knowledgeable and always kept me updated on my loan. So, if you are a veteran and you are looking for lender, go ahead and sign up with Veterans United! I started my journey in April 2022 with a preapproval, and I found a house in June 2022. Then I was under contract in June 2022 and then now July 2022 I closed on my first house! I am now a proud veteran homeowner!
