Our home buying process, pre-approval, home searching, contract, underwriting, final approval and closing took less than 30 days. The team was very quick with responses and took the time to answer any questions. We highly recommend VU and their team.
Melissa, the transaction coordinator, was on the ball. I was impressed with her work throughout the entire process. Seems rare these days to find that hard-working employee dedicated to the customers end goal exist, and Melissa is one of them.

They asked us several of the same documents, because they didn’t like the semantics of the other ones. Every time they told us that it would be the last document, it always had more. Our realtor and paralegal tried to reach out to them many times and we only got any answer after 5pm. We had a bunch of issues with the writing of our loan and we almost lost the house
