The team of Crystaline, Bailey, Missy, Jonathon Mack went above and beyond since the beginning of this process back in October 2024. When we had to put a pause on shopping due to the credit setback they checked on me and gave me pointers or advice on where to go next. My Loan Officers were Johnny Mitchell and Amy Zager. They were always so informative and polite, and they were so easy to talk to. I always felt comfortable talking to them, and even more comfortable about the process after we spoke! In my opinion, they are some of the best at what they do.
