I especially applaud my broker, Jacob. Mine was a more difficult refinance than most because my name was not on the original loan. There were many questions and pleas for help on my end, and Jacob was always immediately there to walk me through what I needed to do. I was VERY impressed that he never made me feel that I was a bother and worked with me as though we were a team and not like I was an outsider. Thank you, Jacob for everything
Lisa Durand and her team in GA were top notch. In the past I worked with Amanda Dusenberry from the Clarksville TN office with similar excellence. This is the 4th home I've bought with VU and I wouldn't use anyone else for a VA loan. Keep working the magic! Couldn't recommend VU higher!

I loved my agent Brett and Canisha - however, the underwritting area was a nightmare. Often asking for items already submitted; continually coming back and asking for additional items instead of going all the way through the package and asking for the majority of items at one time there were additional requests each time they started to review.
