The entire process of getting a pre-approval up to the last week before closing went smoothly except at the very end when the appraisal didn't get uploaded until last minute which delayed my closing date. Otherwise I had a great experience with Veterans United and my team. Shoutout to my realtor, Kathleen, for helping me negotiate and point out important things for me, and my loan officer, Steve, who crunched all the numbers and got things moving quickly on the admin side of things. My Loan Officers were Johnny Mitchell and Amy Zager. They were always so informative and polite, and they were so easy to talk to. I always felt comfortable talking to them, and even more comfortable about the process after we spoke! In my opinion, they are some of the best at what they do.
Everything was good, a couple hiccups here and there but we did it. Kenny was such a great help and was always updating me even we didn't have to.
Everyone was easily reachable and incredibly knowledgeable.
