When I was figuring out which loan provider I was going to call, VU was not on the top of my list. I work extremely weird hours never the same schedule only my off day is my normalcy. So I tried calling at night, I tried to for my mortgage to take off like a ROCKET, still to this day NO CALL BACK. The next day it was NEW and I tried to call later that evening as MY schedule is crazy, no answer left a message and 3 New days later I received a call a little late not new. Then I saw a mailer I kept getting in my mailbox and I had talked to VU a few years ago, but I wasn’t as motivated at that time, and they seemed too laid back or so I thought. Well I called and it was like 0230 and a live person answered and asked me a couple of quick questions and found out I live in Tennessee, she said hey we are in luck our Tennessee loan officer just so happens to work weird hours too. (Thats 1in the plus column). She transferred me and I honestly expected a voice mail greeting but NO Joe I believe his name was is in fact a REAL LIFE person with expertise, and knowledge and most of all a sense of humor. (That’s 2 in the plus column). Not only that we talked for hours about what routes I should look at and different loans how to spot scams, yet he didn’t make me feel pushed in to doing business right this instant he made me feel like it was 2 friends discussing business.
Now Katy gets involved as my loan officer, and my respect and appreciation of your company just got elevated even higher. She calls just to check in, she answers questions even my stupid ones. And with her is Taylor, now if you thought I loved the first two (you’d be right) but the third person to WORK WITH AND FOR ME Taylor now I am madly in love with this company. She is the stick that stirs the drink she is also the most calming, presence on any phone call we had. She made my schedule fit hers as well as Katy. These two ladies have given me faith back into corporations and lending companies.
Veterans United is MY place (let me correct that) Veterans United is my home loan home, these people are my new business family.



Like I mentioned before, was very blessed to have worked with Mike and his team! They were very diligent in their work. Always kept lines of communication open, answered any questions I had. Always provided great advice on how to move forward when we hit a major setback, and never made me feel uneasy about getting this deal done! If would definitely recommend Veterans United to any current and future Vet that wants to wants to become a homeowner! Definitely 100 out of 100 stars!
