I would just again stress that communication with first time buyers could increase. And maybe I just didn't read something along the way or something. But a phone call after each step is initiated to go over next steps would be very helpful.

This is my second time using VU, and they have been the easiest to work with both times. Very responsive to any questions that I had and seemed to be the most educated on VA loans that I have dealt with. Rates and costs were very fair, and upfront. Would be nice to have a percentage or step monitor or dashboard on the loan process. Along with a countdown clock to signing day. Would provide the customer with a better visual on the loan process. Would get the customer more excited and informed on the loan process.
