I want to give a big shout out to Veterans United and say thank you! You made our family dream come true and made it a reality. In May we started the buying process with a local lender and a few weeks into the process I found out that he was not very familiar with the Va loan process. So I decided to go with Veterans United and boy I'm glad I did. We started the process on June 16th and we closed on July 14th. I had a few obstacles to overcome and the other lender I started with made it look like a very long process but Veterans United took my concerns, listen to me and made the process go smooth. I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what to expect but Veterans United helped make the America dream come true and now I'm a proud homeowner and boy that sure has a nice ring to it. :) Jon, Ashton and the entire team was wonderful throughout the entire process and again words can't express my thanks and I close this post out by saying keep up the great work. The whole team treatment was amazing for helping us from the application process all the way through the actual moving process. Having the additional assistance to get the best home insurance coverage was also a benefit and removed one more matter from the chaos of moving. We were moving only a couple miles away from our current location, so the concierge services did not apply to us so much, but I can imagine it would be a godsend for someone moving across the country.




I think this purchase had some new things for all of us, Bennett and his team smoothly transition to all of these new things and has been a pleasure to work with

Overall my experience with Veterans united was excellent. The only reason im giving a 9 Overall is because I felt sometimes there was a delay in information. Not in all cases, but a few times when I asked a question or for information it took up to two days for a response. Not that two days is a long time. But can be stressful while trying to get finances and information figured out. Especially in a time sensitive situation.

In the beginning process of buying a home everyone was available for questions and immediate responses back when needed. When the process progressed trying to get ahold of the people we needed to get ahold of were not available, left messages with no call backs, which was very frustrating on our part.
