It's a lot dealing with all the different people and communicating back and forth in a process that's already overwhelming no matter who you go through. I rate it above average, I'm glad its over.

Everyone was very attentive and helped me greatly to get through the process. There were some challenges that came up, but with everyone's expertise, we got them all worked out.
Mr. Crites was great, and so was his team. He may not have been able to talk on the phone a lot, but he made sure I was in the loop with text messages and emails. He also called back anytime I left a message or texted him. He was very kind and thoughtful with my needs and made sure I received the best deal on my new home.
