Communication is key to some people just telling you need this and that and not explaining to them why it needs to be done isn't right. Kate Tinker needs to understand that. I want to know reasons and details as to why you need this and that and to handle it poorly was a turn off.

Overall Veteran's United has great people to work with. Sometimes one bad apple (if you will) can make it difficult to want to deal with that particular company. But I must say Brittney and Michelle really stepped up and made my experience much better.
