If anyone is wanting to get out of renting, take action to your curiosity and transition your family from “Home Sweet Rental” to the blessing of a place called “Home Sweet HOME!” (Thank You to my VeteransUnited Team)
I think that a realtor selling a property should have to do some research on the HOA, or other rules in place. I was told I could put up a fence for my dogs, and it turns out I can’t. I would not have purchased this property if I would have known this.

Overall the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had doing a large purchase
We have been looking for a home for over a year and a half. United Veterans and the team stuck with us throughout the whole process. We FINALLY found the P E R F E C T home, however, we needed to close in the least amount of time possible, 15 days. Alex, his team, Kendra my realtor, and I all came together as a collective to make that happen! Even with the obstacles we faced we still did it! I am very much please and forever grateful!
