The whole process was great. The service was on point and Jessica was able to answer all questions and she got back to me quickly and was able to arrange changes quickly due to my schedule change for an upcoming deployment. Would highly recommend.
Casey Martin and his veterans united team were great. They were very professional but also understood that the process of buying a home can be quite an emotional ride. It was the human touch that they have that I appreciated so much throughout working with them. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner and made the loan process very easy. We are not sure if all the issues could have been avoided with another lender but we have purchased homes before and never encountered all the problems we did this time. Mainly we worked with one person that worked with us through the whole process which made it much easier and smoother.
