Buying a home can be a crazy process, having veteran united on your side make it an walk in a park. They have an amazing team, special thanks to James Vance your great at your job.
I wish more people would post accurate reviews about specific agents... Spencer Wesson is the worst in communication. I highly recommend that if you use veterans united, make sure he's not assigned to you because I had the worst experience, thanks to him.

This relocation came along unexpectedly and we were definitely dreading much of the details. However VU and our team there made it such an effortless experience! Veteran’s United was PHENOMENAL and so easy to work with. I had previously bought a house a few years back using a local lender and they nearly never called back and made it feel like they didn't have time, or care for my questions. I'd 100% recommend anyone to use Veteran’s United.
I could not express enough how bad this service was. I knew we were going to face some issues just based on the previous reviews but I did not expect what we went though. I could not get phone calls returned and if they were it was from someone asking for information that was already relayed. I was at the point where I continuously reminded the team to communicate with each other for the information I had already provided more than once. I spent most of the time forwarding already sent emails and calling the office. Even the representative at the main office told me they couldn't get someone to answer. I received more information from my realtor Danielle than anyone else on the loan team. On top of this the accountant that ran my initial numbers couldn't do his job because I spent the next month justifying why I took time off for my wedding. Seriously this was the worst customer service I have ever received and that coming from a Vet. I have put up with a lot but this took the cake. Can't say that I would recommend anyone to go with you guys. But I did speak with my realtor whom was dealing with other VA loan clients and she had no issues. I guess you cant always get good ones.
