Veterans united and the Real Estate Agent were fantastic I only had a problem with the Title Company. Sierra title dropped the ball twice by not asking for a Land Survey in a timely fashion and didn't obtain all of the seller documents on time. This caused my closing to delay and cist me an additional $2,000.
I would recommend including in your portfolio representatives who can sell mobile homes without land. Especially in Minnesota, this is a different type of agent.

I used the real estate agent they provided and she was the best. Maryanne helped me get an offer accepted in under 2 months on the condo I wanted in San Diego’s red hot market.
