I truly was not prepared to buy a home and had several issues, but Jason and my real estate agent Imani worked to get me approved and any time I felt like I was losing hope they picked me back up with encouraging words and I truly felt defeated when I was pondering the whole scenario but the minute I was able to reach Imani or Jason my stress and concerns all disappeared, I was not only able to buy a home, I was given a life lesson that there are people who really want to be helpful and be there for you as a person.

I would recommend Veteran's United above any other home mortgage company. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable of the entire process. They kept me informed and updated to any information needed to proceed with the home mortgage loan and they made me feel at ease & treated me like a real person (which is unusual in this digital age).
