Run while you can. Dishonesty, misrepresentation. Rude, condescending attitude. Chaos and confusion from beginning to end. Even the app sign in is dysfunctional. I would NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone friend or foe. This opinion is shared by the buyer, realtor and title company.
Excellent experience. The team does all the work, we just had to pick a house and sign the papers. They whole team made buying a house easy and painless. They communicate well and work with you to get you where you need to be. Recommend to any veteran!

We were recently relocated by my new employer. Veteran’s United was not a lender the relocation company worked with. But we had used Veterans United in the past and had such a great experience that we chose to use them again even though it would have been more convenient to use a preferred lender that the relocation company recommended. What we like the most though is that the employees hired by VI are veterans as well. That means a great deal to us! We will continue to use VU for all future home loans!
