Honestly, from beginning to end, the people at Veterans United had all the tools and experience to get us through this journey. As a first time home buyer I was expecting it to be just like the horror stories I had heard. Yet, it was the exact opposite. There really are there to make sure you are comfortable and happy during your home buying process.
I did a lot of shopping around when I first started my homeowner's journey. As a first time buyer, I was really scared about getting stuck in a bad contract with a money pit of a house. You hear such horror stories sometimes, that it almost scared me off.That's why it's been such a relief to work with Veterans United. Everyone on my team (my Loan Agent team, my realtor, my Loan Concierge) was always looking out for me.They took the time to explain everything I needed to sign, they answered all my questions, and always went the extra mile for me.
