Everybody was fantastic and for my first homebuying experience although there were a little nervousness in the process , veterans United really made it much easier and took a lot of the burden off my shoulders.

I've heard horror stories about home buying for the longest time but Veterans United set me up with an amazing team, Alberto, Lindsey, Mallory, Subah, and Tasha have had my back from the start, always answered any questions I had, and made sure I was ready to purchase the house I wanted and have the ability to follow through and make it happen. I can never thank them enough for their hard work and concern for me, but from the bottom of my heart Thank you all so much!!!!!

Very informative throughout the process. The ease of management of the files and due dates for information via the "To-dos" tab made this the most enjoyable home buying experience I could have hope for.
Veterans United was thorough on what needs to be accomplish with deadlines that were flexible to my work schedule and at the same time if immediate responses were necessary, I was informed ASAP. The loan process was 90% website driven interaction with 10% or less verbal communication by phone. "it's that easy".

There was only one weak area about using Veterans United, and that was the Veterans United buying agent. The first buying agent that I had was not in touch with the current market. He was not aggressive and was not very communicative. Once I switched to a different buying agent (not a Veterans United Agent) who is aggressive and in touch with the market, it was smooth sailing with Veterans United!
