Very excited about closing on my new Lake home. That being said, I’m inclined to rate VU team with a 10. In this case however, they were truly great in every respect from my questions and helping me to understand my options moving forward through the process. I asked for a fairly quick closing and they made it happen. When you don’t understand the complexities and process in purchasing a new home, it takes a dedicated team of professionals like Veterans United to make it happen for this very happy veteran. Nate Bohon and his team were attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable. From beginning to end, Nate and his team stayed in touch with us, answered questions, and, always positive, helped to ease our worries. The website to upload documents and communicate with Nate, Brenda Kelly, and Joshua was extremely easy to navigate and use.

We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. They showed us sincere love and concern for us while we traveled this journey. We had many unforeseen obstacles placed in our way and they never gave up on us. This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. I was a bit hesitant to go with this company for my VA loan. I originally was going to go with USAA, however due to their insistence to prolong the process and how they held off on setting up my VA appraisal after taking my money I rolled the dice and went with Veterans United. They meet the deadline and were great and friendly.
