The only problem we had was last minute the underwriter asked about an address I had 6 years prior while in the military when they only requested the last 3 years on the application…it only moved our closing date back by one day but it was still a hassle. Otherwise Ben and Caytlin were awesome!
The home buying process is not for the weak. My husband and I have rented for several years after our retirement from the military. Finally we were ready to settle in on a place we could call home. Kaleb and his team took a beating each time we got off the phone or sent an email we have more questions, nevertheless team Kaleb was right there. I appreciate all that was done to help with this process.

My only suggestion is be very proactive! Check your web porthole for items in your to do list daily even twice daily because they will add things and not tell you.
