Can definitely find better rates at a different lender. Felt taken advantage of and communication was also not the best!

Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I'm a retired reservist with 28 years of service in the Air Force and as we say in the Air Force "Aim High" you guys have really accomplished this.

I went into this process not knowing and not having any experience with VA loans. The way Janet Bowe and Tommy Purk guided me, explained everything to me was very appreciated. They relaxed any type of anxiety I had which made this a very pleasant experience.
This is the second time I have used Veteran's United for financing my home. Kennedy Kugle was my loan officer the first time and he provided exceptional services, very respectful personality and caring throughout the complete loan process. This time as well Kennedy was my loan officer and as expected his exceptional service provided but this time it was Outstanding and pure delight. Starting with the loan inception through to the closing date he set a record of 13 days total closing time. As if he didn't do enough already, while I am overseas, he miraculously stepped up much further by working with American Title to ensure that I closed with electronic signature's and via a video teleconference with a notary public for documents to me signed under oath. Kennedy Kugle is the best loan officer I have ever worked with in mortgage loans, with his contributions of exceptional care for Veterans United complements the reputation of the companies' great professional and ethical standards and should be considered for a nice bonus for his faithful services. Kennedy, Maria and I thank you immensely for our experience a second time with you.
