It was mostly a seamless experience. There were a few times when I didn't know who I was talking to because two people were using the same texting app.
I have always been told buying a house was very nerve-wracking and a nightmare...thanks to Matt and company I didn't experience anything remotely close to that. In fact, my buying a house experience was awesome and so smooth that it made me nervous. I have no doubt it was due to the incredible job Matt did behind the scenes. Alot of my worries were pretty much gone with VU, any questions I had were answered and I didn’t have to do much on my part except be on time with documents and signing
