They kept me up to date if documents were needed, signatures were required or just checking in to see if there were any questions. I was able to contact him any time that was convenient and even weekends. His team continued to check in and I was assigned a concierge that recommended different services, assisted us with questions and even set up a move package to help get services and cable changed over.
