Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. This was a very intense process. Veterans United met my needs, but I haven't heard from anyone since I closed. I called last week to inquire about my payment schedule because it was not included in my paperwork. Luckily, a woman from the Settlement company called me this morning and confirmed that the information was missing from my file and that I should call someone from Veterans United. My rating would have been a 10 if there had been some follow-up.
Too many spoons in the pot. It took me a minute to figure out all the people I had to answer to.
