Very good at responding and correspondence
As an almost 9.5yr vet from 2005-2014, I've had 3 deployments and when I found this house for sale, I knew it was a great deal, but my anxiety was just through the roof. Billy and the whole rest of the team as well, are just amazing!!!! They are so helpful and broke everything down, it was actually so much easier than I ever expected!!! These guys ROCK!!!!!!
The process was seamless. Everyone involved handled every aspect of the process excellently. I really appreciate the efforts, I had a great deal of confidence knowing I had such an amazing team leading me through this event I'm unfamiliar with.

Seth made the entire VA home loan process straightforward and stress-free. He stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and didn’t waste time with unnecessary back-and-forth. The process was very smooth and without any problems.
I would not recommend using Veterans United because throughout the home buying process it was hard to get ahold of my team. On most occassions i would call and leave a message and wouldnt hear back for days, if at all.
Besides the communication difficulty i thought Wes Dyer and Dylan were great. They are polite and very helpful. I wasnt a fan of Brandon, He was kinda rude, made a number of mistakes, and from my persepective, just didnt seem to care about me.
Brian was great ! Definitely looked out for my best interests! His support staff also very pleasant to work with ✅

All of the staff associated with my loan process were excellent. The concierge services was a plus the loan agent and staff were prompt and quick to answer any concerns that I had. The easy to use app worked great for me to load documents or receive documents that I needed to sign. The to-do list within the app let me know exactly where I was in the process so I had a little questions. Overall, a very good experience with everyone I came in contact with including personal that might have been filling in for someone out that day. If I choose to buy another home. I will most definitely use veterans unit again.
