Michael and the whole team did a great job! They were available and responsive even at the random and often outside of normal hours I tended to have questions during. They were extremely prompt and professional dealing with real estate agents and lawyers during a less than normal negotiation and closing and I was never left in the dark about the process when I expressed concern or curiosity!

Best closing I have ever had
I thought Elizabeth was great. The people who worked with her, not so much. Problems: acting like my realtor was stupid, requesting things that weren’t needed, closing costs that were incorrect. Underwriting was a nightmare. A question about property i had sold close to 20 years ago? We’re getting too deep.This was my 11th property I’ve closed over the years, and it was probably the worst. This was the 3rd property I’d closed with the same realtor, and he’s the best I’ve ever had. He agrees, this one was pretty bad.

This was our first home, so I had no idea of what to expect when it came to take those first nervous steps. Then I found Veterans United while scrolling through Facebook, and my journey began.
