I have always been told buying a house was very nerve-wracking and a nightmare...thanks to Matt and company I didn't experience anything remotely close to that. Was a user friendly process and VU team assigned to our mortgage were professional and very responsive. Process of electronically pre-signing much of the information and materials gave us time to review at our pace and get questions answered before putting pen to paper. All of the prep work ensured closing was quick and easy.
Oh my goodness… Daniel and the team—Bailey, Missy, and Travis—were absolutely phenomenal. They were always available to answer questions and showed incredible patience throughout the process.
