Amanda was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. If I had any questions, I would text and she would respond back very promptly (Yes! Even on weekends!). I was a bit nervous about the loan processing because the seller wanted the deal to close within certain window (60 days from the date of contract). Amanda and the team was able to get everything done within 19 days from signing the contract to clear to close! This is in New York State; in the middle of very busy season. The average time for a loan to close is about 45 days and those are usually "All-Cash" deals. As long as you provide the team with all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner, you can rest assure that Veterans United will get it done. Overall, I've had a wonderful, painless and stress-free experience with VU. I would highly recommend Amanda and the whole team to any veterans looking to purchase a home.

I was able to move through the process easily. The team profvidied me with guidance and the design of the fron end was very good. The website provides lots of information and your account is easily managed. The one area where they could improve is in creating an application (app) for easier management through a phone.
