Unavailable, inattentive, uninformed, unprepared, and extremely unprofessional. By far The Worst Company I’ve ever done business with. Preapproved then had to be approved again. Had to submit the same forms over and over again. Loan officer went MIA midway through the process. No one knew her return date. Closing moved 3 times, took 2.5 hours to close, Title company was closed but forced to stay over, closing agents were literally in tears, ‘updated’ documents came through Not updated an hour and a half after the Title company closed. They tried to force us to drive 45 minutes to another Title location to finish closing. Refused to fund. Still had to return to Title company next day to sign documents missed by Lender. This ordeal was 40 days of infuriating chaos. Would Never use them again and would Never recommend.

We recently closed on a house in Riverview, Florida. I worked with Jon Abernathy's team and the main person I had contact with was Ashton. Whether it was her or anyone else on Jon's team, they were always willing to help me and get whatever needed to be done completed. We had some complications along the way but she was able to get the info ready quickly and efficiently to help meet our closing date. I have plenty to say! This team is amazing! AJ took it from the beginning and on the way, a few more very professional helpers joined to get me everything I needed! At first. I was like "oh great, another site I have to put all my information in and get scammed or something," but I took the chance and was blown away! Oh, BTW, they have something in place to keep scammers from contacting you during the process! Any questions I had, they had an answer for! Paperwork? A breeze! If anything, I held them back from getting things done faster! This was an incredible journey with this team and once my VA loan is paid off, I hope to do business with them again! And, they sent me a thank you gift as if I was the one that did something for them! Incredible all the way around! I will be using them again!
