I also want to personally thank David Bruns for working so diligently on establishing what I needed to get done in order for things to get approved. Also, thanks to Beau Roberts for being on top of things and listening to my complaints.

Jeff Gordon served as a liaison in this process but his assistant Sarah Hadley was the individual assisting my husband and I in this process and she did a terrible job. Poor communication, hostile attitude, no sense of urgency, and conflicting with the information she provided. She tried to undermine us the entire process which resulted in a delay in closing amongst other things.

Just terrible. 40 days to underwrite a solo applicant with No debt and an 800 credit score. Always was told "we need just this last thing to get you approved.." Heard that numerous times. No sense of urgency. Just left everything up in the air until the very last business day.

As a first time home buyer, I wish more industry terms were explained to me. I looked terms up to ensure I understood what was happening. I believe the verbiage is so heavily used that it’s second nature. A few times I asked questions and received a prompt response, which was amazing. I was always encouraged to ask questions and was accommodated because of my work schedule. I will definitely work with Veterans United in the future!
The team at Veterans United was more then phenomenal, assisted me every step of the way. Not one question went unanswered and with being a first time home buyer I was uneasy and uncertain but they put my mind at ease with quick responses and aid all the way.
