Once I got my loan approval which took a few days I was looking for a property and in less than two months we close. They even had concierge which provide information and assistance in connecting your miscellaneous issues like contact for transferring electric, water etc. this may not seem a big task but when you have lots of moving parts coming from another state was great bonus for us.
