Their online step by step app keep me well informed of the current status my loan application, timely cues on what I needed to do next, checkoffs when required tasks were completed, videos to nicely explain each of the steps along the loan progression, and much more! I always knew where I was in the process.Having a team that completely understands veterans and their unique VA loan requirements is priceless.
