Veteran United was our constant, friendly companion during the loan application process. I will only use them going forward.

During the closing process, the title company used did not inspire confidence. They delayed closing by almost a week doing a title search that I feel could have started earlier.

Veterans United exemplified the ultimate level of expertise and professionalism. The Customer Service was impeccable as they explained their process with great clarity and transparency.Veterans United has earned my Trust and I am happy to recommend them for your Home Loan needs.Quentin Cole

Thankful for all the help from my Veterans United home buying team.

The whole experience with Veteran United was great!! The team was very personable. Buying a house from overseas was incredibly stressful vut everyone was very patient and ready to assist.

Veterans United is awesome and the teams they have for your loan are really fast to respond and get you updates fast. As buying a home, there will be stress involved during the process but having a amazing team handling everything is a big sigh of relief. Thank you so much for my Home. I highly recommend for any Veteran.

Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, not on the same page, and either lack of understanding or too cheap to pay for documents from escrow I will not recommend anyone do business with Veterans United. No client should have closing documents delayed because the buyer or the realtor must provide an HOA documents when the lender can ask the HOA themselves or Escrow Office to disclose the documents accordingly. It is not the client's or realtor's job to provide documents from a HOA. The loan team and the realtor are not on the same page at times and over time it became combative to see the bickering back and forth between my lender and realtor which escrow and I were on the email chain. What is this high school? This is a business and all of you are professionals so act like it!! Lastly, lying to my realtor stating you just got off the phone with the me when in fact the realtor was on the phone with me for the past 30 minutes. Since when has lying been acceptable? If you would lie on one client, you would do it again!! Please stay as far away from Veterans United as humanly possible. You can definitely do better than Veterans United.
