These folks were the BEST to deal with.
Alea was absolutely AMAZING throughout the whole process! She kept me updated from start to finish, and made sure I was CTC by the time I told her I wanted to be! I absolutely love her for how easy she made this process for me!! Thank you sooooo much Alea! If I could do it all over again I would change nothing!!!
The First Time I used them, the whole experience went flawlessly. This 2nd go around was painful and I would not recommend.

I don’t think the appraiser was well informed of the market when conducting the appraisal.
