My whole team was great from start to finish. Robyn, Carrie and Nina. I had a good experience with Veterans United from the beginning. It started off with me working on my credit; was told exactly what I needed to do which cards to take care of nothing more nothing less. Even when I got off track, I was encouraged to start again. Once credit was good and transferred to loan specialist the process was simple and smooth. I was allowed to vent my frustrations due to the market and again encouraged to stay the course and always asked if there was something she could do for me. Lastly found a place made sure I completed all tasks, answered all my questions even some of the crazy ones (smile) but it was done. Closing was fine first time go!
