The ONLY issue I had was Communication.
Both Drennan and Anthony could communicate a little better. it was not bad, however a buyer looking for a loan wants to know what is happening quite often. As you know a loan is one of the most important things in a persons life.They were still EXCELLENT however. I will recommend them every chance I get THANKS
Megan and Kath were very helpful also. They came up with many ideas for me and getting me there to North Carolina. What a pleasure to work with. The only bummer for me is that I will not get to talk with them again.

I have one regret, and that regret is that I waited so long to use my veterans homebuyers benefits. I think of all the money wasted on rent when I could've been buying.
After dealing with other financial institutions and having problems pop-up, you can easily get discouraged and skeptic about the possibility of getting a mortgage. I was referred to Veterans United by the local American Legion and I don't regret the call. The process seemed alot easier than previous attempts to secure a mortgage. After the first call with Ryan Williams I was impressed with the speed at which things moved forward. Still waiting for that gotcha moment. But it didn't come. A couple hiccups came and were dealt with. Everyone was always courteous and professional throughout the process. I'm happy to say I'm completely satisfied with my choice to call Veterans United Home Loans.
