When Wells Fargo failed me a week before closing, and put me through the run around causing me to give up on even wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United made me have hope again.
Aaron Thomasson from VU made everything extremely simple. He gave me security to trust that everything I relayed was actually handled even with the confusing financial situation my spouse and I were in due to me being military.
Not only did he instantly get my loan approved he even recommended the BEST realtor. I wasn't comfortable with going though anyone but a friend but he sent me Mike Matthiessen. I’m glad I went through his recommendation. I don’t think even one of my friends in the realtor business would’ve helped as much as he did. He showed us anything we wanted at any given moment. He’s a professional and honest man. Didn’t sugar coat just to get a sell. He laid out the the realities in a purchase location. They both didn’t make me feel like a bother with the massive questions I had and were extremely patient. Also, Jordan Varvaro from VU checked in consistently to tend to any to do lists which was greatly appreciated just in case I missed anything. Overall, super glad I chose this company.
