The only struggle was with accuracy in paperwork and working with the loan coordinator. The responsiveness was subpar on his end.
I shopped around with other lenders but ultimately decided on Veterans United because their interface was the easiest to use and the loan specialist had excellent customer service. My experience was excellent and I would recommend to anyone shopping for a VA loan to use Veterans United.

You can have no better team than those that work for Veterans United. They are all extremely professional and efficient. Making the loan process surprisingly simple. Without this team I wouldn't be in my forever home, I'd still be homeless. Like a lot of Veterans we struggle but you can trust this team to help.
It would be helpful to have a complete checklist of all the required items the borrower needs to provide. The MyVU To-Do list was excellent but it would help to have a complete list up front, if able. Thanks to the team for making this process happen.
