Very professional. Even tho we all understand that it was a business transaction. It felt so family based. From the initial conversation to the last text messages we were treated with respect.
Matt and Annie were wonderful. They both took time to explain what was going on every step of the way. They returned phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. They were both very professional and respectful of my current situation and they took the time to actually listen to what I was saying in order to better serve me. We ran i.to a delay with the closing but they stayed on top of it daily.
