Mr. Wilson was not helpful but instead kept causing delays due to a seeming lack of knowledge and or experience. I had to keep going back to Kaylee to get problems caused by Mr. Wilson resolved on far to many occasions. It was disappointing but Kaylee was an absolute angel saving the day repeatedly.

This was my seventh VA home loan purchase, and the first I've done entirely by myself. By far, thus was the easiest, most straightforward, timely and transparent mortgage process I have ever had. I honestly couldn't imagine how it could have been better. I loved the ease if the website, the ability to text my loan specialist, Travis, and his team, the friendliness of all of the team members, and the way I felt like they were invested as much in my owning a home as I was. I'm a newly divorced single mother of two, and I was worried I was in for a huge hassle with getting a mortgage, but this was a fantastic experience.
