I would like to share, that throughout this journey my wife and I kept the fact they we were buying our home a secret from the family. We wanted to surprise them with this purchase. We waited until we signed our closing documents, and met up with my father to surprise him. He had no idea what was going on until we drove by the house and told him. Just to see his face when we told him was one of the best moments of this whole process.
I am very glad I worked with Veterans United to purchase my first home. They made the process clear and guided me through each step.
