Sam was fantastic during my entire experience and went above and beyond to provide me great assistance. There is however a “team” of people who are supposed to help you with this experience and their absence is noted. There is someone assigned to help you transition to your new home and provide assistance with making sure you have your new utilities, internet, mail forwarding, etc. That person does absolutely nothing and doesn’t actually provide assistance. I also had a bad experience with a member of the team speaking completely out of turn and telling me that I would be closing on the home 100 percent on a certain day when that wasn’t actually true. There’s some poor communication through the team occasionally. But overall my experience was good. Sam did his best to be available for questions 247 and I would recommend veterans United to other first time buyers.
If all clients get the same professional help as I did and their loan specialist is as good as mine was lt won't have to be just an experience that you have to endure to get a place to live.
