Besides Nathan Bitner, the whole team he worked with made it easy for me.Thank you !
Mike makes it for us.
The only thing I would change is to be able to have the site send me text alerts when there is something pending that I need to do. Sometimes I would forget to log on daily and find out a few days later, after logging on, that I needed to accomplish something. That is my only recommendation for the web site.

Had a very easy, and enjoyable experience working with Veteran's United, and have already recommended them to a couple of friends/coworkers who are Veterans!
Just be patient. They will do their best to help you. Great communication.
For a first time buyer this was a great experience and will recommend every veteran I know to us veterans United.
All veterans should be using Veterans United for their home buying needs. Especially if you are a first time buyer or if you haven’t bought in years.
You cannot go wrong using this company
Every thing went smoothly until the third party had to authenticate my ability to pay my monthly bills. With a 790 credit score this was obvious. Necessary to complete the paperwork for closing was a three way conversation with Equifax. I tried endlessly to get through to Equifax for this 3 way conversation with 3 bills I paid monthly. After asking for help and advise on how to get Equifax to answer their phone the closing was delayed until further notice. I was on my own now to complete this. I had moved from a distance and staying in a hotel and any further delay was very costly. So I got the idea to flood Equifax voicemail with my name, cell number and urgency. On the day of the closing they called me after hearing all my voicemails. Still my closing was delayed. I was beside myself and was very irate about this happening. No apology and was told during this distressful time that no else has ever had this issue. That comment didn’t help in anyway shape or form. I may seek legal assistance in this matter.

We hope that you enjoy your new home and that our explanations have helped improve your experience overall.
