Painless easy process. We had minimal questions and those we did have were answered quickly. Whole process moved fast, even when some issues came up.
Everything went smoothly. I would only suggest that the underwriting team review all the documents well in advance to catch mistakes or needed information before the two day requirement for closing. That way the closing date doesn't have to be extended.
