The team worked with me from the beginning to the end. All my questions were answeted promptly. I would recommend Bill Bales and Terra Carlson to everyone.
A very pleasant experience.
The greatest home buying experience!!!
Veterans United was such a pleasure to work with! They always had everything completed when promised. Our Loan Specialist made getting approved and buying our home seem so effortless! I would definitely recommend Veterans United to my friends and family!
Veterans United is 100% the real deal. Very professional and very good at what they do. I would go with them again very much.

I'm very happy to have worked with Veterans United and I recommend it to other veterans who are thinking about buying a home.
I will recommend Veterans United to anyone who is looking to buy a property.
It was a very long stressful process. It is was worth it. Now we have our dream home.
It was a smooth and flawless experience. All involved were very quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would recommend to anybody considering.
The experience with Veterans United Home Loans has been less than par. When asked for clarification on documents Matt McDaniel wasn't able to provide this information. I was told to "write my congressman" when I didn't understand the changes with numbers. Matt McDaniel also asked me "Do you even talk to your wife?" when I asked for clarification on a document. I really struggle with the idea that Matt McDaniel is a senior residential mortgage loan originator yet lacks good communication skills. If it wasn't for our amazing realtor, Karen Waldon, we would have ducked out of this whole experience months ago. I am quite disappointed on how the Veterans United has treated a veteran. This is no way to treat anyone much less a veteran.
When informed we would get this evaluation we were even asked to give this team a "10!!!". Gosh, that isn't right and all kinds of wrong.
I wish anyone with Veterans United all the best and perhaps do just a bit better. I am positive the people you are serving have earned this.
Keep Livin the Dream,

veterans united made it a very easy process for my wife and i. i am self employed and time is very precious and i hardly even thought about going through the process because it was so easy.
Be prepared for the fight of your life. If you choose to use their services, be prepared to hear excuse, after excuse. make sure you ask your loan officer to hold a digital file for all the documents you send, so that you won't have to go diving back into your filing cabinet for your marriage certificate four times. Try and ensure your loan officer has more than 10 months of experience in real estate, and plan for your escrow to go much longer than the normal 45 days.
Andrea and the entire team at Veterans United Home Loan don't just talk the talk...they walk the walk...as they are committed to walking with you/seeing you through this entire process from start to finish. There was not a lot of confusing jargon and paperwork thrown at you and then you just left out to dry. They took the time to ensure that you thoroughly understood everything you were being asked to sign, submit, and review. To sum up my experience in two words it would be "complete trust."
We couldn't be more pleased with how Cooper Allen and Carl Thomas helped us get our dream home.
Veterans united has some of the Best and Professional workers. They work hard for you from Day 1 to your Closing Date to make sure that your loan process is going as smooth as possible. They definitely made our first time home buying experience as stress free as possible. We are truly thankful!!
