We really enjoyed the team approach used by Veterans United Home Loans between the loan officer, assistant, and concierge. We really felt like several people had our backs at all times during the process.Out loan officer really was there with us every step of the way from getting our pre-approval letter to the final day of closing. He was exceptionally patient with my wife and I whenever we spoke. He explained the process for what we needed to know now and what the next steps would be in the future. Whenever we sent an e-mail or left a message, he always contacted us back the same day. As first time home buyers using my VA home loan, I really do recommend this company.

My loan team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They always called back and were willing to answer a million questions a million times (many of which were repeat questions because I got anxious and needed clarity).
