VU is an outstanding company. Made the refinance process quick and effective - in spite of Covid - set realistic goals and expectations throughout the process and was able to get me an amazing rate when other big name national companies (throat clear Rocket Mortgage) had been unwilling to work with me.

I am a Retired Veteran and my wife is a Veteran. This is the second VA mortgage that we have obtained from Veterans United Mortgage, and each home purchase was handled professionally, with very personal touches thrown in. We experienced some issues with the seller that were taken in stride by our Loan Specialist, Jason Bals and his team. He helped to smooth out a rocky approval process due to the sellers issues. The Veterans United Realty team in Tucson, AZ was also amazing, with the hard work that they put into the process to ensure that we had a successful Veteran home buying experience. I recommend Veterans United to any Veteran that is looking not only for professionalism but also personalization in their home buying experience.
