I think the underwriters need to read the documents prior to requesting new documents. As in our case we sent the same document to answer questions 4 times. Most of the documents needed in our case they already had. The rest was on us and a pain but we got it done. Allen was very helpful, and responsive to questions and concerns.

The checklist and to do list they give you breaks everything down into small steps and makes it so easy! Without it I wouldn’t have known where to start, and I definitely wouldn’t have finished!
