As a first time home buyer, I didn't know much of the verbiage or what even to expect, but Veterans United had exactly what I needed to understand what was going on. From the videos explaining the process you were currently going through to the immediate assistance to answer any questions I had. Bonus, they even send you links to useful offices or services you might need at your new address.

Veteran's Home United is a great lender to work with. First of all, they respect the veteran and honor their service. Second, they provide top-notch professional lending services, clearly communicating requirements and what options the veteran has to work with to save money. Lastly, they are all about the security of private information and attempt to keep the documentation demands limited to just what is needed to complete the loan application. This was our second loan with VHU and both times the service was outstanding.
Held up the loan process to the point that the deal almost fell through.
