11/10 would recommend going to Veterans United! They always took the time to explain every little detail with me. My loan specialist Tony, was real with me and did an amazing job explaining to this novice home buyer each and ever step. One thing I really appreciated is that he was honest and upfront the entire way. He always explained each step and the good and the bad of going with each decision. From here on out each home I buy I will go with Veterans United. I can’t imagine a better experience!

I loved the team approach and the concierge service. I felt like Alec, Matt and Shawna worked hard to move things along. The underwriters, on the other hand, did a terrible job. They asked for all kinds of extras and not all at the same time. I feel like they were the cause of us missing our closing date.
Nick, was great to talk to and could explain to you in detail all you need to know about buying a house or applying a load through the VA.
Did not like that utility services recommended by VUH. Only offered to help hook up satellite tv and cable. Vendors even lied that those were only tv services. I found actual cable and real internet half the price. Seemed like a scam. Big dislike!
