Overall excellent service and the team moved the process incredibly quickly. Myvu was a great resource and made it easy to plow through everything. Only complaint is that VU had too many cooks in the kitchen and at times not everyone was in synch...not a huge deal but a bit annoying. All in all, very good experience though!
Amanda Leger, my Loans Coordinator, was amazing to work with. She consistently answered my calls when available, and was always patient and thorough in addressing my questions. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she made sure to find it and get back to me quickly. As I was buying a house in the states while stationed overseas, her dedication made a stressful process feel much smoother.Also, Jack Davis my Loan Specialist was the first person I interacted with, and he did a great job getting me set up and connected with the right people on the team.
