Seemed my loan specialist was out of office quit a bit. Once she was out and they had someone fill in for her and instead of her looking at my to do list to see what was done she asked me for the same things which was taking up time because of my job and trying to get things in quick. Most of the team was great.
I will recommend Veteran’s United to whoever I know.
