The outside vendor used in the desktop appraisal was poor and less than flexible. I paid to expedite the appraisal and they did the wrong appraisal and made no concerted effort to correct their mistake. This caused me to seek two extension and miss the original closing by three weeks which caused added expenses for VU and myself. VU was very accommodating in adjust as much as they could.
