As a first time homeowner I was really nervous about buying a house. I’m so happy that I contacted Veterans United Home loans because they really care about their customers. They put my mind at ease and made the buying process as stress free as possible.
Veterans United services are top notch! This was our third VA home loan purchase in 5 years and Vets United had the best services and specialists hands down. Our loan officer, Jon, was excellent. He made the whole process so smooth and informative. The online web account was great too! We were able to login and see if we had any documents to sign, review signed documents, watch info videos on the process, and/or upload docs. I highly recommend Veterans United for all VA loans. Even at closing, our realtor mentioned that the perception of VA loans is that they tend to be very messy, she said after working with us, she knows this is not the case. She was really impressed with Vets United and the VA loan process- and so we’re we!

Veteran’s United helped me when no other lender would help. I had a unique situation; My VA entitlement had a “compromise” , but I still had a remaining benefit. Other lenders had no idea what this meant or how the formula works for the remaining benefit. On the first phone call to Veterans United, the representative was fully aware of the rules and remaining benefit. I was put in touch with Daren Bodine who provided the best customer service I’ve ever experience in lending. Daren prequalified my loan and assured me I would get the loan that he approved. He kept his promise. I am in my new home. From beginning to end Veterans United staff provide timely responses and communicated to all parties . Daren’s assistant, Emily sent emails , texts, and even called after hours to assure that all documents were submitted. In doing this. Veterans United established an outstanding reputation with Nevada’s finest title company. More importantly, Veterans United was instrumental in securing the funds for my family’s forever home.
