She put together a detailed action plan to address a few issues with my credit, and before long we were working with the VU team to obtain a pre-approval. Our Loan Officer (Marie Houchen) and everyone on her team were also great to work with and they provided us with regular updates regarding our loan. They helped us to navigate through a process that could have been difficult for us otherwise. We really appreciate the service we received from our loan team and would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone looking to purchase a home. Job well done!
