If you could have the list of things you need done before you enter in the contract it would have been helpful. A lot of the stuff takes appointments (pest, appraisal) some people work out of town or can't take off on a Tuesday at 11am. Was very disappointed that you expected me to drop what I was doing to accommodate you and the rush it took to get these things done

Even with the crazy market, VU made the process as smooth and quick as it could be.
