In 2015, my wife and I had been renting for years because we got caught in the housing and job market crash in 2008. Ryan’s super friendly, knowledgeable and patient! Even after we purchased our home, one year later he reached out to us to ask if we’d like to lower our interest rate...which was already really low! We didn’t have to do anything! They even had the notary come to us for convenience and it didn’t cost us anything. Ryan always retuned our calls if he was unavailable and kept us on loop the entire time from when we got a pre-approval until our final closing documents were signed. He even checked up on us to ensure everything went smoothly and we were all good! I highly recommend Veterans United and Ryan Williams, Jill Berryhill was the realtor they referred to us and she is FANTASTIC!!! I couldn’t say enough good things about our experience!
