This is my first house. The e-sign process was amazing! I still had quite a few docs to sign at closing, but it was so smooth. There was constant communication between my team and my family. Trust the process!!! It may get worrisome at times, but have patience with the people who are trying to help you. If you don’t feel like you are getting the help you deserve, ask for someone else. I promise there is someone in this organization who truly wants to help you. Don’t let one bad experience ruin the whole experience for you. There were some ups and downs, but we got through it and now we have a house to show for all of our efforts!!!! During this whole process we’ve met some really amazing people!!! Again...
